Podcast Episode 67 & 68: How to Cut the Hard Part Short

Then in part 2 I share a lot of the things I do to simplify the large task of feeding my active family of 8 nourishing plant foods.
One thing that simplifies things a lot is this meal planning/brain storming worksheet. It helps me get all the info I need to decide what to eat and then plan efficiently around what we need to eat and which meals are going to work that week.
