Perfect Guacamole – 2 Ways!
Guacamole is one of my favorite things to bring to a party–one of those healthy foods that most everyone enjoys. Most Guacamole recipes can be vague though– half an onion, a clove of garlic, juice of a lime, salt to taste. This is okay, but when you’re making a big batch for a party, you want to get it pretty much right the first time.
This is pretty quick, but if you have hungry children hanging around your legs or it’s time to go to the store, Emergency Guac might be calling your name!

Recipe Notes
Emergency Guac:
When I’m in a hurry I’ll mash two avocados with the juice of half a lime, 1/2 tsp garlic salt and a few shakes of green tabasco. Pretty tasty and fast!
