Talia’s Famous Chopped Salad

Something I have noticed about people who are in extremely good health, is that they have found simple ways to load up on nourishing foods.

Talia Halberor is no different, and this is the chopped salad she enjoys daily (understatement, she REALLY loves this salad and does not get tired of it!).

It’s straightforward yet a different blend of veggies that I was excited to try. Chopping everything up allows you to get all of the flavors in a single bite and I think makes it easier to eat more of it as you have let your knife do some of the chewing!

It was such a pleasure to learn from Talia more about what she did to come from a very low place with her multiple sclerosis diagnosis 2 years ago to thriving today. She is symptom and medication free and loves helping others do the same on their journey.

Instructions
  1. Toss all chopped vegetables in a bowl and top with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and pinch of cumin. Toss again to combine and enjoy!
