Ingredients
4
cups
chopped Spinach
2
cups
chopped cabbage
2
cups
of cauliflower or broccoli
1
chopped red pepper
½ of small onion chopped
2
tomatoes
chickpeas
1 can if using a can, drained and rinsed
pinch
Dressing: Juice from 2 fresh lemons
olive oil, salt, pepper a pinch of cumin
Instructions
Toss all chopped vegetables in a bowl and top with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and pinch of cumin. Toss again to combine and enjoy!
